What services are included in my Roadside Assistance benefit?
Jump-Start, Flat Tire, and Lockout services are covered in full, based upon the parameters of the program. Towing service is covered up to 15 miles.
How many times can I use the service per year for roadside assistance?
Coverage is provided for up to 2 service calls within a 12-month period. As a courtesy, Road America will provide Emergency Access calls for any additional calls made in a 12 month, period where 24-hour dispatch assistance will be provided, however, the member will be responsible for paying the service provider directly for the charges associated with the actual service. Additionally, only one disablement for the same cause during any seven-day period will be accepted.
How many vehicles are covered under this program?
Coverage will be provided when a Member (Member, Spouse or immediate family members) are driving any one of
their

Do I have to pay anything to the vendor at the scene of the service?
For the first 2 service calls in any 12-month period, covered members will only have to pay for any non-covered expenses or covered costs in excess of the program per occurrence maximum. Service must be a covered benefit under the terms and conditions of the program. For any service call after the 2nd call in any 12-month period, the member will pay the vendor for the costs of the service at the scene of the disablement.
Do I get my own service and then send in my bill for reimbursement?
The Emergency Roadside Assistance benefit is not intended to provide reimbursement of service secured independently of this program. Fees for services incurred independently of Road America are not covered.
What if I breakdown at night or on a holiday?

How does this program compare to other Motor Clubs? (AAA, Allstate, Amoco, etc.)
Road America provides roadside assistance coverage for any driver of the vehicles owned by the member and/or the member’s spouse automatically, at no additional cost. Most other clubs charge an additional fee for spouses and associate members. Road America also provides coverage for any personal vehicle or truck, which the member and /or member’s spouse owns. There is no need to pre-register vehicles.
What happens if I can’t get service through your network?
In the event that Road America is unable to provide roadside assistance service, you will be authorized by Road America to obtain service from another service provider. In this event, you will be reimbursed for any payments made by you for authorized covered services up to the specified benefit limits. Otherwise, service secured through any source other than Road America will not be reimbursed.
